Creative inspirations include Alvar Aalto, Renzo Piano, Neri Oxman, Wendell Berry, David Macaulay, Julius Shulman, and Dan Snow.
Hobbies include gardening, camping, hiking, fishing, cooking, reading, chess and motorcycling.
Favorite type of vacation is guided by J.R.R. Tolkien, “Not all those who wander are lost.”
The farthest he has ever been from home is Nepal.
First job was stacking wood.
