Bank Barn Receives 2019 AIA New England Regional Design Award

AIA New England, the regional council of the American Institute of Architects, has awarded Birdseye a 2019 AIA New England Design award in the category of “Citation” for the project, Bank Barn.  The annual design conference hosted by AIA Western Massachusetts was held in Amherst, Massachusetts on October 5th.

The jury for the 2019 Design Awards was hosted by AIA Oregon. Jurors included:

Jury comments: “This is a well resolved project, and thoughtfully done so that the simplicity is striking. Here is evidence of a great deal of clarity and care taken in the execution of the traditional form”

 The American Institute of Architects has a long tradition of recognizing individuals and organizations for their outstanding achievements in support of the profession of architecture and the AIA.
